Llama

   The llama (Lama Glama) is also called llama. The llama is most commonly found in the Andes mountain region of south America where the llama was kept as a pack animal by the ancient Inca people. It has many similarity to the camel, the most noticable difference between the llama and the camel is that the llama doesn’t have a hump on its back and the special features thick furry coat and long neck.
   The llama is also believe to be a particularly intelligent animal as llama are commonly thought tasks which the llama pick up with only a view  repetition  of the task. Female llamas give birth to baby llama standing up.
   The llama is herbivore and gets most of its nutrition from grass, leaves, and young shoots. Meaning the llama must drink more often and llamas therefore prefer to be close the water.
   The llama are very sociable animals and enjoy being with other llamas in a herd. Llama mating takes place throughtout the year and baby llamas tend to be born in the morning when the weither is warm.
